At first, awareness practice appears to be something almost impossible to do for most people. But over time, especially in conjunction with regular sitting meditation, mindfulness becomes more and more natural and spontaneous. It usually takes years of work on oneself to fully realize it. It's not easy, but developing mindfulness is the real key to personal evolution - the thread that pulls all the parameters of a successful personality together.
The most difficult battle is the battle with ourselves. And the more effort we put in, the more difficult it becomes. The whole thing is to stop making efforts and suppressing the mind. It is necessary to abandon all effort, surrender and relax the head. Then mindfulness flows spontaneously, like natural awakening. An ordinary person is in a continuous tension of the mind, which prevents a clear perception of reality. The beginning practitioner, often by his efforts tends to further increase this tension, which leads to stress and nervousness. Proper practice happens effortlessly when the mind is relaxed. Consciousness flows by itself, you just don't need to interfere with it.
Compared to “random” natural cycles, personal development is markedly accelerated through intentional practice. As awareness deepens, all those (karmic) feelings that you were destined to experience at the event level begin to be lived without apparent reasons, without dependence on external circumstances, and pass with the least resistance - not as long and painful as at the event level. Although the resistance and level of humility of spontaneous relaxation is also individualized.
For some time, while personal karmas are released without depending on events, from the outside you may look strange, or even inadequate to others. To avoid this, there is a practice where you, without burdening others with your amazing experiences, behave normally, in accordance with the event level, rather than with your inner world, which other people will not see and cannot understand.
At first, when opening new worlds, almost everyone has a fierce desire to show their discoveries to others. In most cases, you should not do this, because everyone stubbornly clings to their own picture of the world, wary of any changes. You can try to share knowledge carefully without any imposition and offense, if those around you do not want to hear you. Each world lives according to its own laws. And if a person needs to go through the precious experience of worldly illusions, it is unlikely that you will be able to change his destiny.
