Thanks again. I wanted to give you alittle background about the insight I had.
For generations the men in my family lineage have died young of heart related illnesses. My father was 54 years old his father was 60 years old and I was always told the Kurffman men just die young. Once after my initiation I went into a trance Journey. I met a Shaman in full armor and face screen. He was on the top of a snow covered mountain. He was doing a working. I saw him put a knife into a raindeer heart and burry it to freeze on the mountain. I knew what he had done was the cause of the fairly deaths on the men of my family. I thought my family must had wronged him. He noticed my spirit and could see that I was at the end of the line. He saw I was learning the medicine ways of the shaman and after an intense exchange he took me to the spot where he had buried the heart allowed me to dig it up and pull out the knife and I knew that was the end of the curse.
Last week the insight came to me that I was able to end that curse because I was walking the path of the shaman and that this was what was key. That part of my family comes from the birds and Siberian regions. I realized it was the calling to shamanism a thing that my family was to do but didn’t and I was the one who did so it ended the curse. I realized this Siberian training wasn’t just for me but for my ancestors and now I have the time to pursue it. I want to thank you again 🙏🏼

However, I had no guidance on how to do this specifically before, and I think it's brilliant to now be able to hold both an explanation and a step-by-step guide in my hands. At the lake, after I took all my clothes off, I walk slowly into to the lake. Did not feel any kind of temperature of the water, just felt the water satin like robe. I let myself flow on the water. Felt at peace, tranquil, and free.

I like journeying to the Ocean of Tengri. When I reach it, the frequency is so high that everything disappears. I am the drop and I am all drops. My being is important but it doesn’t matter. When I am the drop in this Ocean all my Earthy thoughts disappear, they simply do not exist. It is like floating in the ocean of Universal Love which is created also thanks to me. The only phrase that comes to my mind to describe it is “I am”. I simply am. And nothing else matters. Thank you, Ahamkara!
I have found that it is much easier if my "personality" is occupied with something that interests it ( for example, searching for mushrooms ). Then it doesn't take much to "feel" both.
Since years daily I am doing some rituals ( connecting with the spirits, giving thanks,.. ) and I included this lesson these days. interesting experience, greatly strengthens the ritual.

Thank you Ahamkara and Anouk for this year! A year full of transformation, insights, growth, beauty and love. Learned a lot and I am really gratefull to have learned these teachings.
This year was a very interesting year for me. I have innerly so much grown, get balanced, got understanding about many ''issues'' or ''traumas'' which has been with me for so many years. This course helped me to see so many hidden things for which I can not be Thankful enough for the rest of this life. But I will give my DEEPEST THANK YOU for this opportunity, for this knowledge, this experience, this wisdom. Although this last block I am not as much active as I was with other blocks, but at the moment I am in the proces of finishing everything what has been standing still for many months, and even a years. This proces is because of this course, I finally see, and can structure much better my daily tasks. My prioritizing is much more clear and effective. In last 2 moths or so I have finished most of the drums, especially mother drum which has been waiting for year (I surely will upload photos), and I have finished my website and start up my business, These 2 are my most important and they are my most proud accomplishments at the moment.
