1. THANK THE UNIVERSE
Thank the Universe, the Spirits, Life for everything they have given you. Everything you have, everything you possess, is only thanks to the Universe. I thank the Universe for the life given to me and my parents, as well as to my child. I thank life for being able to breathe deeply and see all the colors around. I thank the Universe for its gifts, for its care, for filling my life every day with something: emotions, gifts, things, events, colors, people, work. I thank the Universe for the fact that I am not alone. There are many wonderful people around me, sent by it for learning, for support, for pain without which there is no growth, for happiness.
2. THANK YOUR PARENTS, YOUR MOTHER AND FATHER
Your mother and father gave you life. And that is the most important thing for which you should thank them. Yes, they may not have given you more: health, education, a happy childhood, prosperity. You may be resentful toward them and live in this constant resentment. But do not judge them. Take responsibility for your fate into your own hands. And simply thank your parents for the most important thing they gave you —for life! If you have adoptive parents, thank them too. Thank them for leading you through this life, accompanying you, teaching, caring for, and looking after you.
3. THANK YOUR LINEAGE
Thank your lineage. Your lineage is an invisible support for you, your resource in matters of health, well-being, relationships, success. I thank my lineage, my grandfathers and grandmothers, for the invisible support they provide me. For safety, for health, for well-being, for success.
4. THANK CHILDREN
Thank children — both your own and others. Children are the best educators. And the most important thing they give you is the opportunity to feel like parents and creators. You should be grateful to children and the Universe for participating in the process of creating and birthing new life. Thank children for their spontaneity and love of life, for their inner freedom and lack of boundaries. They teach adults all of this. Children are little teachers. Children are your mirror. Just learn to look into it.
5. THANK THE ELDERLY
Thanks to old age, a person begins to see and understand that time exists. Old age is often associated with wisdom. Elderly people often try to show us what we usually don't want to look at. They are our mirror. Perhaps a distorted mirror while we are young. But the time will come when in this mirror we will see ourselves. We will see ourselves as we have become and realize that we could have been different. Let everyone see their own in this mirror and understand what is given to them to understand. Thank old age. What it tries to show us through the prism of time is incomprehensible to many of us yet, but very valuable. Old age is experience. The great experience of many generations. Value it. And thank it for the opportunity to avoid mistakes. The mistakes that all generations go through. Respect the elderly and all older people. It is hard for us to understand them because for many of us, the path is just beginning. We haven't yet reached where they have. If you want to know what awaits you and what you will become, look around. And you will see what you are destined to see. Yes, it's too early for you there. But thank them for showing you another reality. And what reality do you want to create for yourself?
6. THANK WOMEN
Thank women. And it doesn't matter at all what gender you are. Nature is arranged so that it contains both masculine and feminine. And these two polar principles exist in each of us. In every person, there are masculine and feminine energies. A man, by accepting the woman in himself, accepts the woman herself. Women with a very strong masculine part often face the problem of accepting femininity in themselves. Thank the women who surround you and the feminine within you. The Universe created humans as paired beings. A man becomes whole and completes his wholeness only through a woman. A woman — through a man. Together they complement each other. Together they can become creators and give place to new life. Thank for this opportunity. Only through a woman does new human life come into this world and a child is born.
7. THANK MEN
Thank men. A woman, by accepting the man in herself, accepts the man himself. Find in men those qualities that would admire you, and you will see that without them, the world would be different. Only through a man does a woman become a mother and give life to another person. Thank men for love and care, for support and protection.
8. THANK YOUR HIGHER SPIRITUAL ASPECTS, YOUR HIGHER POWERS
Thank your higher spiritual aspects: your Soul, your Higher Self, your Spirit. Thank all that invisible which is support and foundation for you. They lead you through this life, give you the opportunity to pass the necessary life lessons, and very often serve as your protection. Even if you know nothing about them, thank them anyway. Turn to them for help and be grateful to them. God is within you. Your inner God is your universe. And each has their own, unique one. Turn your gaze inward, perhaps you will see something there that you haven't seen before.
9. THANK THOSE WHO HAVE HURT YOU
Thank those who have hurt you, consciously or unconsciously, thank your enemies and ill-wishers. It is they who helped you become better. Thanks to them, you pass the necessary life lessons. Forgive them, no matter how difficult it is for you, and thank them for the life experience and for helping you become different.
10. THANK THOSE WHO HAVE DONE GOOD FOR YOU
They gave you what they could give. They helped you where they could help. And if someone didn't give you what you expected from them, it means they couldn't give it to you. Do not judge them for that. Thank them for helping you understand and for simply being in your life. Thank everyone who does anything for you. Even if they did something ordinary: fed you or washed the dishes for you, put away your things, bought you medicine or helped you figure something out, just supported you or gave wise advice. Thank for everything. And even if you didn't ask for it, thank anyway. They did it from the heart, they simply took care of you. Thank all those who give you work and those who give you the opportunity to rest. Thank all who are simply by your side when it's hard for you. Thank all who share company with you when you're having fun.
11. THANK YOUR TEACHERS
For some, their teacher is their mother or father, for some their grandmother or grandfather, for some a school teacher or closest friend. For some, the teacher is a spiritual guru or university professor, a coach at a training. And for some, the teacher is simply life. And it really doesn't matter who the teacher is for you; it's important to realize everything these people have taught you. And say to them not only a huge thank you, but show the full depth of gratitude that your heart is capable of.
12. THANK YOURSELF
Finally, thank Yourself. If you lack gratitude from someone, if you think you did a lot for someone and they responded with black ingratitude, thank yourself instead of them. And close this topic. Don't return to it anymore. And best of all, don't expect gratitude from people. If you deserved it — the Universe will thank you. And it will find a way to do it. Gratitude to yourself is a small part of love for yourself. By thanking yourself — you broadcast this gratitude to the world, to other people. This is perhaps one of the most difficult gratitudes. And that's why it's the last step, the last step to yourself. By thanking others, we forgot about ourselves. By thanking ourselves — we thank all those to whom we are truly grateful. Because we let them into our heart, we gave them a place in our heart, in our soul. All those previous 11 themes of gratitude, if you have gone through them, now have their place in your heart. And by thanking yourself, you look into the very center of your soul, into the very depth of your heart and meet them there, all those to whom you are grateful.
