1. Negative emotions such as fear, anger, envy, and greed sharply lower your vibrational level. Moreover, if you experience a certain negative emotion for a long time — for example, if you constantly stay in a state of irritation — you open the “gates” with your own hands to situations that provoke even more irritation… which is followed by even stronger irritation and eventually turns into full-blown anger. A vicious circle is formed, from which it is not easy to break free.
On the one hand, emotions should never be suppressed or locked inside the body (this leads to very real physical illnesses). On the other hand, indulging in your negative state multiplies chaos in your life.
2. Negative thoughts flicker in the mind of any person, regardless of their level of development. The problem arises when you do this regularly, replaying the same negative scenario or mental dialogue in your head over and over again.
A short-term thought does not carry much weight… But when you repeatedly “think” the same thought, it turns into an independent energetic entity.
The negative wave you send out is regularly fed by your doubts, self-criticism, and judgment of yourself and others. As a result, it gains strength and begins to act independently. You would be happy to think about something more pleasant, but you can’t… your thoughts take control of your behavior.
3. Giving voice to your Inner Critic. Reasonable self-criticism helps you analyze your mistakes and avoid them in the future. But excessive attention to the Inner Critic undermines your self-esteem and makes you doubt your own abilities. The vicious critic makes you compare yourself with others who are more successful, more fortunate, more… (fill in the blank), and you are constantly losing: there will always be someone who has achieved more than you.
4. Judgment is the scourge of spiritually developed people. The more a person knows about “how things should be,” the harder it is for them to remain in the position of an observer and not compare other people’s lifestyles with the “standard” they have created themselves.
Knowing is not enough! You need to apply any information in practice and make sure it becomes firmly established inside as a new way of thinking and new habits.
5. Clutter in the house. Trash music, overly intellectual conversations, horror stories, dying plants in the house, heavy gardening work, mass gatherings, and of course, piles of junk and dust in the house all significantly lower your vibration.
6. Choice of information flow. Television, radio, and the internet overflowing with yellow-press news of all kinds — from simple gossip to the lowest dirt — is also an excellent way to drop your vibration as low as possible.
7. Your environment. It is quite possible that everything listed above is already a passed stage for you… but not for your environment! If among your friends and colleagues there are people who love to gossip, speak badly of others, complain, or criticize, you are in the perfect place to fall — and fall low. Like attracts like!
8. Heavy food. Everything that surrounds us vibrates at a certain frequency — including food. When choosing your diet, it is important to remember that a sharp transition from low-frequency food (meat, mushrooms, sometimes dairy products, fats) to fruits and vegetables can be dangerous due to a mismatch between the vibration of the food and the vibration of your cells.
9. Profanity has such low vibrations that it instantly creates “holes” in your energy field, through which any low vibration easily attaches to you.
10. Alcohol clouds your consciousness, turns off awareness, and throws you into the lower astral layers, where all the dirt and emotional waste of collective consciousness accumulates. On a spiritual level, access to the higher dimensions of your soul is closed while alcohol remains in your body.
Now you know 10 ways to lower your vibration, and I hope you understand that by doing the exact opposite, you raise it.
