Here are the most common energy types:
1. Energy Mirrors
These people reflect energy back to its source — both positive and negative. They are excellent at protecting themselves from negativity. Negative people unconsciously avoid them, while positive people are drawn to them and feel energized in their company.
2. Energy Vampires
Unfortunately, these are very common. They have difficulty generating their own energy, so they “feed” off others by creating conflicts, arguments, gossip, or drama. After an emotional outburst, they feel better, while the other person feels drained and exhausted.
3. Energy Walls
Strong, “unbreakable” people. Problems seem to bounce off them. However, the negative energy they deflect can sometimes affect those standing nearby.
4. Energy Clingers
They don’t steal energy through conflict. Instead, they cling to others emotionally — constantly calling, seeking attention, asking for advice, and sharing their problems. They feed on sympathy and emotional support.
5. Energy Absorbers
Highly sensitive people with fast energy exchange. They can absorb both positive and negative energy. Some types take in negativity and give out positivity, often acting as natural healers, but this can exhaust them over time.
6. Energy Self-Eaters
Introverted people who are trapped in their own worries and emotions. They isolate themselves and accumulate large amounts of negative energy inside.
7. Energy Plants (Donors)
Pure givers. They generously share their energy with others, sometimes to their own detriment. They are often too curious and can get into trouble because of it.
8. Energy Filters
Powerful people who can process large amounts of both positive and negative energy. They transform negativity into something lighter and return it changed. Many successful diplomats, psychologists, and peacemakers belong to this type.
9. Energy Messengers (Intermediaries)
They have excellent energy exchange but struggle to protect themselves from negativity. They often pass on both good and bad information they receive from others.
